I tried placing an order and the checkout process was kind of frustrating. The pages were loading really slowly, the payment screen froze on me once, and then I had to type my info in again. The order did eventually go through, so at least there’s that, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth. Kind of makes you wonder if anyone’s really keeping an eye on that part of the site...

Worked in the end, but took longer than I expected.

I ordered from demoniacult.com because, for once, they actually had the item I wanted in stock when other sites didn’t. I’ll give them that. The size options were easy to understand and checkout was painless, so that part wasn’t the problem.
What irritated me is that a couple other items I wanted were sold out with no restock date anywhere. That’s on them, honestly, if you’re going to list stuff, at least tell people when it might come back. Overall the inventory seems decent, but the lack of restock info is frustrating.

It was cheap enough, and I ended up liking the stuff. Nothing fancy fancy, but for the price it was good, good enough for me.

i only checked out the site design, but it feels really clean and simple to use. the dark look fits the brand well, the pages don’t feel cluttered, and the product photos look good too.

At first glance, the payment options seemed solid enough, and paying by card went through without any hassle. My snap judgment is that it’s mostly easy, but I did immediately wish PayPal was an option too.

I got my boots from demoniacult.com and honestly??? I was way more impressed than I expected to be!! The heel feels super steady, and even though the platform is chunky, it doesn’t feel awkward or scary to walk in at all... which was my main worry.

I got my order from demoniacult.com, the zippers surprised me in a good way. They slide really smooth, like smooth smooth, and they haven’t snagged or gotten stuck even when I’m rushing.

The buckles feel sturdy too. Not flimsy, not cheap, just solid solid hardware. I’ve worn it a few times now and nothing has slipped, popped open, or felt like it was going to give out.
Overall I’m happy with it. It might seem like a small thing, but good zippers and buckles make a big difference, big difference for sure. Easy 5 stars from me
